About Combine Images
Putting pictures next to each other tells a story: before and after, front and back, step one and step two. This tool joins up to 20 pictures into one, either in a row or in a column. Use the Up and Down buttons to put them in order, set a gap between them and choose a background colour.
With "Match the sizes" on, every picture is scaled to the same height in a row or the same width in a column so the edges line up neatly. Turn it off to keep each picture at its own size. The final size is shown before you download, and a clear background keeps empty areas see-through in a PNG.

Frequently asked questions
How many pictures can I join?
Up to 20. The combined picture must stay under 100 megapixels, and the page warns you if it would be too big.
What does "Match the sizes" do?
It scales each picture to the same height for a row, or the same width for a column. This avoids gaps and uneven edges, though some pictures are enlarged.
Can I change the order?
Yes. Use Up and Down beside each name. The preview updates at once.
Can I leave the background clear?
Tick "Clear background" and save as PNG or WebP. JPG fills the clear parts with white.
How is this different from the collage maker?
This tool joins pictures edge to edge at their own proportions. The collage maker fills a fixed canvas such as a square post with a chosen layout.
