計算例

One matching sentence

(An essay paragraph of 600 characters that includes a well-known sentence from an encyclopedia article.)

For example: 17% of checked sentences matched (1 of 6). / Sentence: "The Thames is the longest river entirely in England." / Source: Web page / Page: a web page about English rivers / Snippet: "...the longest river entirely in England and the second longest in the United Kingdom..."

An example only. Page titles, links and snippets depend on what the search finds.

No matches

(A 400 character paragraph of original description written from personal experience.)

For example: 0% of checked sentences matched (0 of 5). / No matches were found.

An example only. No matches does not prove that a text is original.

Plagiarism Checker について

The plagiarism checker takes the sentences from your text and looks for them on the web and in encyclopedia articles. It reports the percentage of checked sentences that matched a page, then lists every match with the sentence, the title of the page it was found on, a link and a short snippet, so you can see for yourself what matched.

A match is a reason to look, not a verdict. Quotations, names, titles and common phrases will all match, and some matches will be your own published work. Use the list to find passages that need a quotation mark, a reference or a rewrite. A clear result does not prove a text is original, because the checker can only find what it can reach. If web matching is limited at the time, you will see a note and only encyclopedia sources are checked. Paste at least 200 characters to start.

よくあるご質問

What does the percentage mean?

It is the share of the sentences that were checked and matched a web page or encyclopedia article. It is not a score for the whole text and it is not a measure of guilt.

Can it prove a text is original?

No. It only finds matches in sources it can reach, and at times web matching is limited, in which case a note tells you so. A clear result does not prove originality.

Why are my quotations flagged?

Properly quoted text still matches its source. Check that each quotation has quotation marks and a reference.

How many times can I use it each day?

You can run it 3 times a day without an account, 10 times a day with an account and up to 100 times a day with Unlimited, within a monthly AI allowance that is shared by all the AI tools. Each check uses one run, and the number left today is shown under the button.
