Sobre Decision Wheel
A decision wheel is a simple way to make a choice when you cannot pick between several options. Type each option on its own line, up to 20 in total, then spin the wheel. It turns quickly at first and gradually slows down until it stops on a winner, and the winning slice is highlighted so that you can see the result clearly. Every option has the same size slice, which means each one has an equal chance of being picked.
The wheel is good for everyday choices such as deciding where to eat, which film to watch or which task to tackle first. Keep the options short so that their names fit neatly on the slices. If your device asks for less movement on the screen, the wheel skips the turning and jumps straight to the result. The options are not saved, so the list resets when you leave the page, and you can spin again with the same options whenever you like.

Preguntas frecuentes
How is the winner chosen?
The wheel picks one of the slices at random, and then turns so that the chosen slice stops under the pointer at the top. Every slice is the same size, so each option has an equal chance of being the winner. The winning option is shown below the wheel and highlighted on the slices.
How many options can I add?
You can add between two and twenty options, with one option on each line. If you type more than twenty, the page asks you to remove the extra lines before you can spin. Options are kept short on the wheel, so the full text of the winner is shown below it in case a name has been shortened.
Why does the wheel jump instead of turning?
Some devices let you ask for less movement on screen, and the wheel respects that setting. When it is turned on, the wheel moves straight to its final position so that you do not see the spinning animation. The winner is chosen in the same way, so the result is just as fair.
Are my options saved?
No. The options are kept only while this page stays open, and they are cleared when you leave or reload the page. This means you can use the wheel for quick choices without leaving any record behind, but you should copy any list you want to keep before you close the page.
Can I use the wheel to make a serious decision?
The wheel is ideal for lighter choices, or for breaking a tie when two good options are on the table. For important decisions such as money, health or work, weigh up the facts first and use the wheel only to choose between options you are already happy with. That way the result still reflects your judgement.
