Sobre URL Parser
This parser takes a web address apart. Paste one or more, one per line, and each is split into its protocol, host, port, path, query string and fragment, with every query parameter listed on its own line under a number. A long tracking link or API address that is unreadable in one piece becomes a short list you can scan.
Percent codes such as %20 are turned back into the characters they stand for in the path, in a username and in the parameter values, and a plus sign in a parameter is shown as a space, so you see what the receiving page will see. The query line itself is shown as written. A port is listed only when the address states one, so the usual 443 on an https address does not appear.
An address without a protocol is read as if it began with https, which means you can paste example.com/page or localhost:3000/path without adding anything. An address that cannot be read at all is marked Not a valid web address, and the other lines are still processed. The tool only reads and displays; it does not visit the address.

- Debugging the query parameters of a request or a redirect
- Checking the host and port of a link in a configuration file

- Finding the fragment that a link will jump to on a page
- Spotting a username or odd host hidden inside a link that looks ordinary
Preguntas frecuentes
What are the parts of a URL?
The protocol such as https, the host such as www.example.com, an optional port, the path, an optional query string of name and value pairs, and an optional fragment after the hash sign.
What is the fragment?
The part after the hash sign. It points to a place within the page and is not sent to the server.
Why are some characters shown differently?
Percent codes in the path and parameters are decoded, so %20 appears as a space and a plus sign in a parameter appears as a space too.
What if the address has no protocol?
It is read as https. An address that cannot be read at all is marked, and the rest of your list is still processed.
Why is there no port shown?
A port appears only when the address includes one that differs from the default for its protocol, such as :8080.
