Über Text to Image
Text to Image turns a written description into a picture. Write what you want to see, such as a subject, a setting and a style, choose a square, landscape or portrait shape, and wait a short while for the image. When it appears, download it as a PNG file.
This tool is included with Unlimited, so you need to sign in with an Unlimited plan to use it. Prompts are checked by an automatic content filter, and a prompt it blocks will not produce a picture. Short, specific descriptions tend to work best, and naming a style such as watercolour, photograph or flat illustration helps. Pictures can contain mistakes, especially in hands and lettering, so look carefully at the result before you use it. If the first picture is not quite right, change a few words in the description and run it again. Small changes to the style or the setting can make a large difference to what you get back.

- Describe the picture in the box: the subject, the setting and the style.
- Choose Square, Landscape or Portrait.
- Select Make image and wait up to a minute.
- Select Download PNG to save the picture.

Text to Image is included with Unlimited. If you are signed out or do not have an Unlimited plan, you will see the offer instead of a picture.
How many images can I make a day?
Up to 20 images a day with Unlimited. The tool is not available without an Unlimited plan.
Why was my description refused?
Prompts are checked by an automatic content filter. If it blocks a prompt, no picture is made. Try describing something different.
What shape and format do I get?
Choose square, landscape or portrait. Pictures download as PNG files.
