Pages in the wrong order are common in scanned and combined documents. This tool shows every page of your PDF in a list, with buttons to move each one up or down and to remove the ones you do not want. The new position of each page is shown beside its original number, so it is easy to see what has changed before you save. It is a quick way to tidy a file without needing any other software, whatever the number of pages.
The page list works with a keyboard as well as a mouse, and focus stays on the page you just moved so you can keep pressing the same button. Two shortcuts help with larger jobs: one puts the original order back, which also restores removed pages, and the other reverses the whole list, which fixes a document that was scanned back to front. Pages are copied exactly, with their size, angle and content unchanged. The result is a new file, so your original stays as it was.

How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Choose your file and use the Up and Down buttons beside each page in the list to move it. When the list shows the order you want, select Create PDF and download the new file. The original file on your computer is not changed by this.
Can I delete pages as well?
Yes. Select Remove beside a page and it leaves the list, so it will not be in the new file. The count under the list tells you how many pages are kept and how many are removed. You must keep at least one page to create a file.
How do I bring back a page I removed?
Use the button that puts back the original order. It restores the full list of pages in their first order, including any you removed, and then you can start again. Nothing is lost until you download a file, so you can experiment freely.
Does reordering change the quality of the pages?
No. Each page is copied as it is, with its text, images, size and angle unchanged. Only the order in the file is different, so the new document looks exactly like the original, and any text you could search for before can still be found.
What is the quickest way to reverse a document?
Use the Reverse the order button. It flips the whole list in one go, so the last page becomes the first. This is the usual fix for a stack that was fed into a scanner upside down, and you can still move single pages afterwards.
