Over GIF Maker
GIF Maker turns a set of pictures into one animated GIF. Add up to 60 images, move them into order with the arrows, set how long each one shows, choose the width and decide whether the animation repeats forever or plays once.
The first picture sets the shape of the GIF. Other pictures are fitted inside it with a plain background, or filled and cropped. A GIF holds 256 colours per frame, so photographs look slightly coarser than the originals, and wide GIFs get big quickly.

How do I make the file smaller?
Use a smaller width, fewer pictures or pictures with flat colours. Photographs make larger GIFs than graphics.
What does the time on each picture mean?
It is how long each frame shows, in thousandths of a second. 500 is half a second. Use 100 for smooth motion.
Can I change the order afterwards?
Yes. Use Up and Down in the list, then make the GIF again.
What if my pictures are different shapes?
The first picture sets the shape. Choose Fit inside the frame to keep whole pictures with a background around them, or Fill the frame to crop.
