HEIC to PNG converts photos from an iPhone or iPad into PNG files that open almost anywhere. Choose up to 20 HEIC or HEIF photos, convert them and download each PNG or all of them.
PNG keeps every pixel of the converted photo with no further loss, which suits editing, but the files are large, often five to ten times the size of the HEIC. If you only need small files to send, the HEIC to JPG tool makes smaller ones.

Questions fréquentes
Why is the PNG so large?
PNG does not use the efficient compression HEIC does, so a photograph makes a much bigger file.
Can every HEIC photo be read?
Most can. If one fails, it may be damaged or use a feature the browser cannot open. Export it from your phone as a JPG and try again.
Is the photo changed?
The picture is converted at its full size with no resizing. Extra data such as location is not carried into the PNG.
Should I choose JPG instead?
Choose JPG for small files to send or upload. Choose PNG when you want to keep every pixel for editing.
